Udta Punjab starring Shahid Kapoor , Kareena Kapoor Khan , Alia Bhatt and Diljit Dosanjh has been making news ever since its official announcement. The makers have unveiled a new song ‘Ikk Kudi’ featuring Alia Bhatt from the film.
The song featuring Alia Bhatt and Diljit Dosanjh has been composed by Amit Trivedi and the vocals have been given by actor Diljit himself. The track has been penned by Late Shri Shiv Kumar Batalvi.

Udta Punjab features Kareena as a doctor, Diljit as a tough cop, Shahid as a desi rockstar and Alia as a Haryanvi hockey player. This Abhishek Chaubey ’s directorial film releases on 17 June, 2016.
