Trinity Pictures have roped in Kabir Khan and Siddharth Anand to direct two Indo-Chinese films that are slated to be released in 2018.

As per the sources, Trinity Eros has joined hands with Chinese partners to co-produce two franchise movies. The movies would be directed by Kabir Khan and Siddharth Anand .

Kabir will be working on the project titled “Zookeeper”. The story of Zookeeper revolves around a man who wants to save his zoo in India and to do so he goes on a journey to China to find a panda for his zoo. The location of the film is said to be Chengdu while the overall production cost of the film is estimated to be $ 25 Million. A top leading Chinese actress will be cast opposite to an Indian actor for the film.

Siddharth will be assigned to “Love in Beijing”. As the name of the film suggests this one is going to be a love story. The plot of the film is not known yet. The film's estimated budget is said to be $ 15 Million. A leading Indian actress will star opposite to a Chinese actor. Siddharth’s last film was 2014 released Bang Bang.

Trinity pictures and the Chinese film companies have worked hard on the scripts of the films to create storylines that blend Indian and Chinese cultures. The makers also said that the original storylines were developed by Trinity Pictures Writers’ Room.
