Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani steps in Rs. 100 crore club
The romantic super hit flick 'Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani' had crossed the mark and is now a member of Rs. 100 crore club in just one week of its release.

The romantic comedy movie ' Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani ' directed by Ayan Mukherjee comprising of grand star cast and aristocratic shoot locations had successfully crossed the desirable mark and the film has now became a member of Rs. 100 crore club. The fresh story and star power of the film might have made it bask in the colourful success. This was the first flick to surmount the mark and that too within just the first week of its release.
The domestic box-office collection of the film was thunderous, which was Rs. 19.45 crore and on the weekend, it collected a whopping amount of Rs. 62.11 crore. This rom-com featuring Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone kept on receiving praises in Indian theatres. And the film splendidly triumphed over the box-office collection records of previous blockbusters like ' Ra.One ', ' Dabangg 2 ', ' Ek Tha Tiger ', ' Bodyguard ' and the other similar giants, by smoothly assembling Rs. 100 in mere 7 days.
' Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani ' is a Karan Johar production and it also stars Aditya Roy Kapur and Kalki Koechlin . The movie is about a journey of four school friends through different walks of life.
