Many people wondered if Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas were really heading for splitsville after Chopra removed Nick’s surname from her Instagram account a couple of weeks ago.
The Quantico star had changed her name from “Priyanka Chopra Jonas” to “Priyanka Chopra”. Her fans immediately assumed that something was not right between the couple.
Putting all rumours to rest, Chopra cleared the confusion of her fans. She stated that it is one of the professional hazards that every aspect of their lives is watched over.
In an interview with Vanity Fair’s February issue, PC said, “It is a very vulnerable feeling, actually, that if I post a picture, everything that’s behind me in that picture is going to be zoomed in on, and people are going to speculate. It is just a professional hazard. Because of the noise of social media and because of the prevalence that it has in our lives, I think it seems a lot larger than it is. I think that we give it a lot more credence in real life, and I don’t think it needs that."
Priyanka Chopra is now the most followed Bollywood celebrity on Instagram, and it stands to reason that she is also the most watched.
