After the tragic death of actor Sushant Singh Rajput re-sparked the nepotism controversy in 2020, film director Karan Johar's atrocious chat show Koffee With Karan came under fire. At the time, reports stated that the producers of Karan Johar's show had decided to cancel it due to widespread online criticism. However, the latest rumour has it that the show will be making a comeback.
The show in which Bollywood's top stars get frank and forthright during a rapid fire round for a hamper is returning soon! After winding up the present schedule of Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani, Karan Johar will reportedly begin filming for Koffee With Karan Season 7.
According to a close source, the first episode of the upcoming season of Koffee With Karan will show Bollywood actresses Sara Ali Khan and Janhvi Kapoor. To kick off the season, the fresh faced divas, who are frequently seen travelling and collaborating for work, will be seen on the couch.
Alia Bhatt will appear on the show alongside her Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani co-star Ranveer Singh. Meanwhile, Malaika Arora and Arjun Kapoor are getting ready to make their couch debut as a couple. Kiara Advani will appear alongside her Jug Jugg Jeeyo co-star Varun Dhawan in Shershaah.
Ram Charan and Jr. NTR from RRR are also expected to appear on Koffee With Karan Season 7. Bollywood stars such as Akshay Kumar, Vicky Kaushal, Sidharth Malhotra, Katrina Kaif, and Siddhant Chaturvedi, on the other hand, are presumably on the list.
