‘Bhai with Boss’, Chiranjeevi and Salman Khan’s recent click from the Godfather set goes viral!

Bollywood Superstar Salman Khan is all set to share the screen space with Tollywood superstar Chiranjeevi for his Telugu debut Godfather. The film has gone on floors, which is a remake of Prithviraj Sukumaran's Malayalam film Lucifer (2019), which starred Mohanlal. The Maine Pyar Kiya (1989) actor was officially welcomed last week, and social media has been buzzing about the film ever since. While fans wait for updates with bated breath, a picture from the sets featuring two superstars has gone viral on Twitter.

In the picture, Chiranjeevi and Salman Khan can be seen posing on the set with the director and producers. Khan is seen dressed in a navy blue, half-sleeved shirt and black trousers whereas Chiru can be seen donning a black kurta and trousers. The shoot is reportedly taking place in ND studios, Karjat.

Fans are enthralled by this picture and have set extremely high hopes for the film. Some wrote 'Bhai with the Boss,' while another wrote 'two megastars together on screen.'

According to a source close to the film, Salman did not charge any payment for his role in Godfather. The source stated, "the actor was clear from the first day that he will be doing this film due to his love and respect for Chiranjeevi. He had put forth a clear condition – ‘I will do the film, only if you don’t pay me."

Godfather is the official Telugu remake of the Malayalam film Lucifer (2019), and is billed as an explosive political drama. The film is produced by Konidela Production Company and Super Good Films and directed by Mohan Raja. Nayanthara is the female lead, with Satyadev Kancharana playing a key role.
