According to reports, Aishwarya Arjun and Umapathy had long been in love, and their passion was the buzz of the town even before their official engagement. Arjun Sarja and Thambi Ramaiah have been good friends for many years and have shared screen space in various films; hence, the two families have a strong affinity. Umapathy is well-known for his roles in Tamil films and appearances on reality television series.

Umapathy appeared on the Tamil reality show 'Survivor Tamil', which was hosted by Aishwarya's father, Arjun. According to reports, the 'Leo' actor was instrumental in Aishwarya and Umapathy falling in love. The two allegedly grew close immediately, and things moved rapidly.

In 1988, Arjun Sarja married Niveditha Arjun, a former actress. Aishwarya and Anjana are Sarja's two daughters. In 2013, Aishwarya Arjun made her acting debut.

Aishwarya and Umapathy’s Career path:

Aishwarya Arjun is no stranger to the film industry, having debuted in a Tamil film in 2013. In 2018, she co-starred with Chandan Kumar in the Kannada film ‘Prema Baraha’. She followed in her father's footsteps and worked in the Tamil and Telugu cinema industry.

Umapathy made his acting debut in ‘Adhagappattathu Magajanangalay’, a 2017 comedy film. His later films were ‘Maniyaar Kudumbam,’ a comedy drama, and ‘Thanne Vandi’, a romantic comedy. Umapathy then competed in the Tamil season of Survivor. ‘Rajakili,’ a project authored by his father, Thambi Ramaiah, who also stars in the film with Samuthirakani, would be his directorial debut.
