Koratala Siva, who is considered as one of the most successful filmmakers working in Tollywood, has a number of projects at various stages of development. He is currently busy promoting his hotly anticipated Telugu-language action-drama film Acharya. Headlined by Chiranjeevi, the film is due in cinemas on April 29.
After the release of Acharya, the filmmaker will move on to commence work on his next film, tentatively called NTR30 as it marks the 30th film of Tollywood star Jr. NTR. Rumours have been doing the rounds lately that Alia Bhatt is in early negotiations to pair with Jr NTR in this forthcoming film.
However, when Siva was asked about the same, he said nothing has been finalised as he has just finished the scripting. “Nothing has been finalised. There are many reports if she is or not but actually, I just finished my script and narrated it to NTR. That’s it. I have to get out of Acharya and he just got out of RRR (2022). We will take a small break and then finalise things,” the filmmaker told a publication.
Meanwhile, Alia Bhatt has reportedly resumed filming Karan Johar’s Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani, co-starring Ranveer Singh, Dharmendra, Jaya Bachchan, and Shabana Azmi.
