Mahesh Babu’s nephew Darshan to play his younger self in Sarkaru Vaari Paata
Darshan is the son of Sudheer Babu and Priyadarshini Ghattamaneni.
Mahesh Babu’s upcoming movie, Sarkaru Vaari Paata, needed a child actor to play the actor’s younger self, and guess who the makers cast in the role? It is none other than Mahesh Babu’s nephew, Sudheer Babu, and Priyadarshini Ghattamaneni’s son, Darshan.
The child actor has already worked in films like Goodachari (2018) and Bhale Bhale Magadivoy (2015). In an interaction with the media, Sudheer Babu revealed the news. He said, "My younger son will be seen as Mahesh Babu's younger version in Sarkaru Vaari Paata. I'm glad he'll be playing his mama (uncle) in the film.”
The movie is on the last schedule of shooting. It will star Keerthy Suresh as Mahesh Babu’s love interest. In the latest poster for the movie, we can see the hot chemistry between the two.
Sarkaru Vaari Paata is directed by Parasuram Petla and it is produced under the banners of Mythri Movie Makers, 14 Reels Plus, and G. Mahesh Babu Entertainment. The film will have Samuthirakani, Vennela Kishore, and Subbaraju playing supporting roles.
It was initially scheduled for January 13, 2022 release, but due to pandemic restrictions, the movie got postponed. The film will now be released on May 12, 2022.
