The long-awaited film, Radhe Shyam, which stars Prabhas and Pooja Hegde in lead roles, is waiting for a release as it was postponed from its original schedule of January 14 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
According to reports, the film got an offer of ₹400 crore from an OTT giant for the direct streaming of the film. But the makers decided on a theatrical release and turned down the offer.
On January 26th, the makers took to Twitter to confirm the theatrical release of Radhe Shyam, writing, "Wishing the greatest nation in love and culture a happy Republic Day. #Radheshyam will be released in theatres soon.”
