Makers share fresh details on Akhil's Agent - deets inside!

Surender Reddy's action thriller Agent has been in the news even before it started rolling. The upcoming film will feature actor Akhil Akkineni in the lead role. The producers have shared an exciting update to put a stop to the rumours surrounding the film's release.

Giving information about the same, producer Anil Sunkara tweeted and wrote, "Agent schedule starting in Manali. A teaser update will be provided shortly. For updates, only follow verified Twitter handles. Please disregard all rumours."

For the past few days, rumours have been spreading that Agent will not be launched on August 12, as previously planned. The filmmakers are confident that the film is progressing according to plan and that they will be able to deliver the film on time as promised.

In the spy thriller, Sakshi Vaidya, a debutante, will play the leading heroine opposite Akhil. Mammootty, the Malayalam actor, will also play a major role.
