Nayanthara to spend a jaw-dropping sum of money on the interior of her luxurious Poes Garden residence?

In June 2022, Nayanthara and Vignesh Shivan tied the knot in a romantic wedding ceremony that was held in Mahabalipuram. Reports state that the Jawan actress gifted her husband Vignesh Shivan the Poes Garden home in Chennai as a wedding gift. The interior of the actress’ home appears to be the subject of a massive budget.
The interior of the residence is apparently being lavishly decorated by the Bigil (2019) actress. According to reports, the luxurious home has a floor area of 16,500 square feet. The opulent home has a theatre, gym, and swimming pool inside, according to sources. The bathroom alone is around 1500 square feet, if reports are to be believed.
For the unversed, the lady superstar purchased the opulent home back in November 2021. When the house was purchased, it was claimed that Nayanthara and her then-fiancé, now-husband Vignesh Shivan, would be moving there. The neighbourhood is one of the most elite areas of the city and is home to several prominent South Indian personalities, including Rajinikanth and the late Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu J Jayalalithaa. According to reports, Dhanush is attempting to get his new home constructed near superstar Rajinikanth's house in Poes Garden.
On the work front, Nayanthara will be next seen in Atlee’s pan-Indian film, Jawan alongside Shah Rukh Khan.
