‘Pushpa 2’ producers share an update regarding the shoot; state ‘Once the strike is over we will start’

‘Pushpa’ starring Allu Arjun, Rashmika Mandanna and Fahadh Faasil saw success like never before. The sequel to the film has been making headlines. Recently producer Y Ravi Shankar shared, “We have a strike going on here in the Telugu industry. Once the strike is over we will start from August-end, or whenever the strike is over”.

The filmmaker added to the same by stating “Now, we can’t shoot because the chamber called for a strike for the producer’s issue. There is something internal going on, so once the shoot resumes then we will be able to start the film. (But) we are ready.” This piece of information has put a damper on the excitement of fans. The crisis at hand reportedly is that Telugu producers are on a strike and have hence stopped all shootings in the industry. The strike is due to production costs being skyrocketing and theatre revenue running low. About Allu Arjun’s viral post, the producer clarified, “That’s not from our film.”

Reportedly ‘Pushpa 2’ will have some larger-than-life action sequences for Allu Arjun and Fahadh Faasil. A source informed that makers have planned some grand action shots which will outdo the first film.
