Ram Charan opens up on his working experience with father Chiranjeevi in Acharya

Ram Charan is thrilled, as he is savouring the phenomenal success of RRR (2022). The movie is the country's highest-grosser and is enjoying a dream run at the box office. Ram Charan will next be seen in Acharya alongside father Chiranjeevi in the sociopolitical film directed by Koratala Siva. The film is one of the most anticipated since it would be the first time that Chiranjeevi and Ram Charan will share the screen together. Ram Charan will be seen on the big screen with his father after 13 years in the industry, and he is really enthusiastic about it.

Ram Charan, on sharing the screen space with father Chiranjeevi, said in an interview, “It’s a dream come true, I’ve learned a lot. I don’t think I stepped into Acharya as a co-star, I’ve stepped into it as a student and I’ve learned a lot from him. And the best part is he never handheld me through any of the shooting days. He let me live my character and he let me make mistakes. He let me do another take. But he didn’t have any problem, never lost his cool, and that I’m really thankful for.”

Despite the fact that Chiranjeevi had featured in cameos in a handful of Ram Charan's films and the latter had just become a producer for his father's films, the two never shared screen time. Mega fans' dream of seeing the father and son pair will come true with Acharya, and anticipation is sky-high. In the Chiranjeevi-starrer Acharya, Ram Charan will play Siddha in a full-fledged role.

Helmed by Koratala Siva, Acharya is set to hit the screens on 29th April, 2022, worldwide. Kajal Aggarwal and Pooja Hegde play female leads in the film.
