Salman Khan to begin filming for Chiranjeevi’s Godfather soon

In the much-awaited Telugu remake of the Malayalam blockbuster Lucifer (2019), Salman Khan will be seen in a cameo along with megastar Chiranjeevi. In the original film, Mohanlal played the lead role while the remake stars Chiranjeevi as the male lead.

Well-known Malayalam actor Prithviraj made his directorial debut with Lucifer. According to reports, Salman Khan will play the same cameo in Godfather that Prithviraj played in Lucifer.

Filming will start in Hyderabad by the end of this month or in the first week of February, provided that the government does not impose new restrictions. The role of Prithviraj is slightly changed in Godfather, we hear. The makers have made a few changes to the character, keeping Salman Khan’s aura in mind.

According to reports, Salman will play a dynamic role in the film, and he has given five to seven days for the shoot of his cameo. Earlier, music composer S Thaman, who is working on the film, had also confirmed that the two superstars will also be dancing together in the film.

For the fans, seeing the two superstars together in the film will be a treat. Also, it is the best strategy for the marketers of the film, as Salman’s presence will reach the entire Hindi speaking audience market without much effort.
