Shruti Haasan reveals about struggling with PCOS says ‘I’ve been facing some of the worst hormonal issues’

Shruti Haasan most recently appeared in the web series Bestseller on Amazon Prime Video, alongside Mithun Chakraborty, Arjan Bajwa, and Gauhar Khan. It is well known that Shruti Haasan is highly outspoken about every facet of her life. She doesn't withhold any aspect of her identity from her followers. The Salaar actress recently discussed her harrowing battle with PCOS and how she handles the difficulties brought on by the health condition in her most recent Instagram post.

On Wednesday, the actress shared a reel on her Instagram where she was seen doing workouts. Her caption wrote, “Work out with! me I’ve been facing some of the worst hormonal issues with my PCOS and endometriosis - women know it’s a tough fight with the imbalance and bloating and metabolic challenges - but instead of looking at it as a fight, I choose to accept is an as natural movement that my body goes through to do its best and I say ‘thank you by eating right sleeping well and enjoying my work out.”

Her caption further read, “My body isn’t perfect right now but my heart is. Keep fit, keep happy and let those happy hormones flow!!! I know I sound a tad preachy but it’s been such a journey to accept these challenges and not let them define me. So, I’m so happy to share this with all of you.”

On the work front, Shruti will next appear in the Prabhas and Prithviraj Sukumaran starrer Salaar. The film is slated to release next year. According to reports, the actress will also be a part of an untitled project which features Nandamuri Balakrishna.
