Did Kapil Sharma really cancelled a special episode ft. Amitabh Bachchan?

One of the ace comedic talents Kapil Sharma seems to have become a poster boy for the controversies in the television world! Recently, the news of Kapil Sharma having cancelled the shooting for the episode of The Kapil Sharma Show which was supposed to feature Superstar Amitabh Bachchan , who came there to promote his new season of Kaun Banega Crorepati was out! And considering his recent dents on his public image with his ‘On-Flight’ fiasco, everyone just cornered Kapil Sharma to be the culprit. So apparently, the EVP & Business Head, Danish Khan of Sony TV came forward to clarify the smoke caused by the rumours!

As per the official statement, that says “The rumours were baseless and Amitabh was never going to shoot for any episode of The Kapil Sharma Show!” And it is not the first time that Kapil Sharma being smeared with such baseless rumours. Some of the classy examples like, he made Shah Rukh Khan , Anushka Sharma , and the cast and crew of Mubarakan were put to wait for several hours, and it was convinced that Kapil intentionally caused such tantrums! But the Arjun Kapoor eventually made it all clear on his twitter and denied any news that came out!

It is also propelled by the fact that Kapil never really came up and justify his side. When asked why he chose to be resilient, he replied “I don’t react now. There are some people behind this, Don’t know who and what they want. What to react now?” There were some reports from the set that he fainted during the shoot of the episode. To which he confirmed later, saying “I am a very sensitive person and I overthink a lot, maybe because of that I fell ill. There was a lot of work stress lately.” Hope everything gets sorted!
