TV hunk has been arrested under Section 376, following rape charges.

Popular television actor Piyush Sahdev has been arrested by the Mumbai Police after a model accused him of raping her. According to a report in media, a woman on 20 November lodged an FIR at the Versova Police Station, Mumbai. A senior inspector, Kiran Vasantrao Kale, Versova police station confirmed the news to an online portal and said, “Yes, he has been charged with rape. An FIR was lodged against him on November 20. After investigations, we arrested him on November 22. He was produced in court on the same day and has been sent to police custody till November 27.”
When Piyush's ex-wife Akangsha Rawat was asked about the same, she said, "I have not been in touch with Piyush for the last four months. So, I am not aware of anything.”
Piyush started his career in 2007 and went on to appear in many popular shows like Mann Kee Awaaz Pratigya, Devon Ke Dev...Mahadev and Sapne Suhane Ladakpan Ke. But it was the runaway success of 'Beyhadh which made his a household name across the country. The actor played a negative character in the show.
