The Manikarnika (2019) actress and her spouse recently purchased a new home in Mumbai. They have surprised their followers by announcing their new achievement in a shared Instagram post on June 11, 2022. Ankita was dressed in a pink saree with henna-decorated hands in the photo, while Vicky was seen holding the end of her saree. Sharing the picture on her Instagram, Ankita wrote, “Cheers to the new beginnings baby." The actress cooked halwa for the griha pravesh ritual.

Ankita Lokhande and Vicky Jain recently won the reality show Smart Jodi, for which they received a prize of Rs 25 lakh. Arjun Bijlani-Neha Swami and Bhagyashree-Himalaya Dassani were both eliminated early in the grand finale episode.

Later, the 37-year-old actress talked about winning the show with Vicky and said, “He was very good on the show. I also learnt that Vicky shares the same competitive spirit like me, and in fact, he is better than me. I thought Vicky would be camera-shy, but he was a perfect entertainer, lovable and could even outshine me in many ways. Both of us are fit and communicate well, too."
