EXCLUSIVE! Barsaatein: Preet Kaur Nayak And Riya Doshi Join Shivangi Joshi- Kushal Tandon’s Starrer Show!

Earlier in the day we exclusively reported about actor Vipul Deshpande being roped in to play the character of Shivangi Joshi’s (Aradhana) father in the show. Shivangi and Kushal Tandon will be seen playing the lead roles in the show.

Reports have it that actors Saii Ranade and Sameer Malhotra will be seen playing pivotal roles in the show and now, we have the names of yet another set of actors joining the ensemble cast of the show. According to our highly placed sources, Preet Kaur Nayak and Riya Doshi are all set to join the existing cast of the show.

A little birdie has informed me that Riya will play the character of Jagruti Sahni in the show. She will play the character of Aradhna’s younger sister in the show. Meanwhile, Preet’s character details have been kept under wraps. We tried connecting Riya and Preet but couldn’t get a response until filing this article.

The story of the show will revolve around the female lead who’s a righteous journalist.

‘Barsaatein’ is set to release in the month of June. The show is produced by TV Czarina Ekta Kapoor under her banner Balaji Telefilms. As far as the leads of the show are concerned, Shivangi and Kushal are all set to collaborate for the first time on a project and the show is already in the limelight courtesy of its promising star cast. Shivangi was last seen in Colors’ show ‘Bekaboo’ while Kushal is set to make a comeback after a while.
