Star Plus show ‘Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin’ has been in the news lately for various reasons. It all started with actress Aishwarya Sharma exiting the show. After a while, it was revealed that the show is set to take a leap, and lead actors Ayesha Singh, Neil Bhatt, and Harshad Arora will be eased out of the show.

Ever since then, the buzz regarding who’ll play the new leads of the show has kept the viewers curious. Last night, a media portal reported that ‘Dharampatnii’ actor Fahmaan Khan has been roped in to play the lead role in the show. It wasn’t a speculated piece and claimed every word of the article.

BollywoodMDB got in touch with our sources from the sets of the show and we’ve learned that Fahmaan hasn’t auditioned or met the show's makers! Yes, you read that right! A highly placed source revealed, “The news isn’t true. Forget being locked, the makers haven’t even met Fahmaan. He is currently not in the picture. Having said that, you never know if he gets approached post this. But until now, there hasn’t been any communication with Fahmaan about being a part of the post-leap story of our show.”

Well, as per reports, Ayesha Singh, Neil Bhatt and Harshad Arora will shoot until the mid-June post, which they'll pave way for fresh set of actors to play the next generation in the show. Sources have it that post-leap, the Chavan family members will be retained.
