IPL 2023: Shiv Thakare On His Commentary Debut, 'It Was a Different Experience Watching The Match From Commentators Room, Was Anxious' (Details Inside)

Salman Khan gave him high marks for his performance on 'Bigg Boss 16' since he won the audience over.

After achieving success in reality shows, he joined the cricket bandwagon. He got his life going strong with some commentary. During the 'Rajasthan Royals vs. Delhi Capitals' game during the IPL (Indian Premier League) 2023, Shiv served as a guest pundit for Jio Cinema.

He said, "I really enjoyed that whole experience. As a cricket fan, we go to watch matches at the stadium at max. But, watching it from the commentator's room was a totally different experience altogether."

Like all Indians, Shiv Thakare enjoys watching cricket. Still, he admitted that working with such a well-known figure as Kiran More made him slightly anxious.

He said, "I was nervous because I was commenting with cricket legends like Kiran More sir and two other commentators, who were so experienced. In comparison, I was doing gully cricket-type commentary. Their words were totally different from mine, but I did it in my style. "

Shiv Thakare will undoubtedly treasure the memories he shared with More and actor Siddharth Jadhav in the commentary box. It's likely that his supporters also loved seeing him in a different avatar.
