Karan Kundrra: I never had a dearth of work before Bigg Boss 15

Television heartthrob Karan Kundrra started his acting career with Balaji Telefilms’ Kitani Mohabbat Hai. The show, which also starred Kritika Kamra in the lead role, clicked massively with the young audience and its runaway success made the actor an overnight star.

Kundrra has been a part of several successful shows over the years. He was most recently seen in Colors’ controversial reality show Bigg Boss 15 where he met actress Tejasswi Prakash and lost his heart to her almost instantly. The talented actor is now gearing up to make his hosting debut with Colors’ Dance Deewane Juniors.

As we all know, Bigg Boss has helped several actors in their professional lives. So when Kundrra was asked if the show helped him professionally, the actor said that he never had a dearth of work even before entering the glass-walled house of Bigg Boss.

“I never had a dearth of work. It was not like I had come to Bigg Boss for a second inning or something like that. I wanted to do it, so I did it. The only difference that I feel now is that, you know, before Bigg Boss, people used to know me for my characters, my reality shows, but now, it is like a massive, extended family. They are connected to us. They care for us. They worry for us. It is beautiful what it is. It is a lot of love,” the actor said.

Dance Deewane Juniors is set to hit the airwaves on April 23 on Colors.
