The contestant's reaction after winning the fastest finger on ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati 14’ shocks the host Amitabh Bachchan.

Legendary actor Amitabh Bachchan takes his place as the host of the people's most beloved quiz show ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’ for its 14th season. In the recent episode after contestant Prashant Sharma quit the game, the host commenced the fastest finger round. Dr Vijay Gupta from Vadodara immerged as a victor in the round. When Amitabh Bachchan calls out the doctor's name to join him in the hot seat, the contestant celebrates his win in a way that has Amitabh shocked. He unbuttons his shirt and runs a lap around the stage which has the audience rattled.
A stunned Amitabh Bachchan Requests the contestant to wear his shirt. He then says his celebration gave the impression of winning a football match. Before joining the host on the hot seat Dr VIjay the contestant goes backstage to wear his shirt properly. Vijay later dedicates his hot seat to his late parents, wife, son and his friends who supported him to join the show.
Amitabh Bachchan then jokingly teases Vijay by saying, “You know now there is a rule made in sports, if any player removes his/her clothes on the field like this then there is a fine to be paid." He then silently looks at Vijay and then says “Now you understand why I am staring at you like that?” This had the audience erupt in laughter.

The contest in the quiz journeys till the Rs. 40,000/- question. Upon not knowing the answer he opts for the 50-50 lifeline. Which out of the four options provided removes the two incorrect options. Vijay was yet unsure and asked to use the Phone a friend lifeline. He calls his childhood friend Mahendra Bardot. His friend after hearing the question and the two options asks Vijay to opt for option A. Vijay does so and unfortunately, Amitabh Bachchan reveals the selected answer is incorrect. Vijay then leaves the game with Rs. 10000/-.
