She portrays Nandini Murthy in 'Kaisi Yeh Yaariaan' on MTV India, Shivani Mathur in 'Ghulaam,' and Mannat Kaur Khurana in 'Ishqbaaz' well-known. Niti is well-known for her work in the films 'Bandhan' (2009) and for supporting parts in the films 'Gulaal,' 'Bade Acche Lagte Hain,' 'Savdhan India,' and 'Yeh Hai Aashiqui.' She became well-known for playing Nandini in 'Kaisi Yeh Yaarian.'

After a certain period, both lost contact but soon connected through Instagram. Initially, the casual conversation has initiated leading to the relationship. They communicated on Instagram before meeting in New Delhi. Niti confessed that her parents had also met and fallen in love with him. Both dated for years before getting married.
On August 12, 2020, she married Parikshit Bawa. Niti's first love as a child was an Indian Army officer named Parikshit. The couple wed in the presence of their family members, and the event was held at a Gurudwara in Gurgaon. Despite their best efforts, the two lovers have little time for one another because of their various jobs.
