Sasural Genda Phool 2 to go on in December on Star Bharat

If you have been waiting for the second season of the cult television series Sasural Genda Phool, rejoice! Star Bharat is set to launch Sasural Genda Phool 2 next month in December. Actors Jay Soni and Ragini Khanna, who played Ishaan and Suhana Kashyap respectively in the previous season, return to reprise their roles in season 2.

Soni took to social media to announce that Sasural Genda Phool 2 is making a return on our television screens soon. “Time flies by but memories stay. But only once in ages we get to relive the good old times and guess what. We bring you back the good time back to your TV screens. Yes, Sasural Genda Phool is back!” he wrote.

The excited actor went on to add, “The characters you loved, the characters you laughed with them, cried with them, shared their joys and sorrows. The most loved show and their endearing characters are back to entertain you, enthrall you.”

Soni concluded by saying, “It brings me immense joy and pleasure to share the trailer of our most beloved show. Show some love guys ♥️.”

Seasoned actress Supriya Pilgaonkar will also return to reprise the role of a mother Shailaja Kashyap in the upcoming season. She recently started shooting for the show in Mumbai.
