Shilpa Shetty Kundra to support education of a contestant from Dance Deewane Juniors

Bollywood diva Shilpa Shetty Kundra recently made an appearance on Colors’ show Dance Deewane Juniors. On the sets, she had loads of fun with judges Neetu Kapoor, Nora Fatehi, and Marzi Pestonji. However, the Baazigar (1993) actress was pleasantly surprised by a talented contestant named Priyanshi Kanarji, who hails from Bhopal.

Touched by the young contestant's zeal and talent, Shilpa has decided to sponsor her education. One of the best participants on the show, Priyanshi has been winning laurels from all the judges. However, her struggles are heartbreaking as her family is going through a tough time financially. Due to this very reason, Priyanshi's education too has come to an abrupt halt.

Moved by her difficult yet inspiring journey, Shilpa said, “Kids are our future, and it is very important for every child to continue their education. I want to tell all the kids and parents who are watching this show that education is the bedrock of a person’s life, and it is very important to stand on your own feet. You have a bright future Priyanshi, and an amazing mentor by your side.”

Post Shilpa's announcement of sponsoring Priyanshi's education, the latter's father thanked the actress for her support and expresses his gratitude towards the star, who got a standing ovation from everyone present.
