Star Bharat launches promo for Shaheer Sheikh’s Woh Toh Hai Albela

Star Bharat has unveiled the first promo of its much-anticipated fiction offering Woh Toh Hai Albela. It stars television heartthrob Shaheer Sheikh in the lead role. The show has been creating a lot of noise ever since the news emerged that Sheikh is set to headline it.

Woh Toh Hai Albela is produced by Rajan Shahi under the banner of Director’s Kut Productions. It boasts of an ensemble cast. In addition to Sheikh, the show will also feature Anuj Sachdeva, Kinshuk Vaidya and Hiba Nawab in significant roles. The makers have roped in Nawab to play Sheikh’s love interest on the show.

Woh Toh Hai Albela marks Shahi and Sheikh’s second collaboration together after Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke on Star Plus. Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke was the spin-off of Shahi’s long-running show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai.

Talking about his reunion with Shahi, Sheikh had earlier told a publication, “I was not too keen on taking up anything that translated into a long-term commitment. However, when Rajan sir approached me, I had to consider it because I have had an amazing experience working with him and his unit on the previous show.”

Woh Toh Hai Albela is set to launch on Monday 14th March 2022.
