Star Plus ropes in Bhagyashree and Himalaya Dasani for a unique reality show Smart Jodi
Apart from Bhagyashree and Himalaya Dasani, the makers are planning to rope in around 12-14 more couples for the upcoming show.

Star Plus, one of the leading general entertainment channels, is gearing up to launch a one-of-a-kind reality show, titled Smart Jodi. Recently, the makers dropped the promo of the show, which caught everyone’s attention. Though the promo did not reveal much, it did leave audiences’ guessing about the concept the show is based on.
In the promo, we see a dog and a cat making for a unique yet smart jodi. From what we hear is that Smart Jodi will test the compatibility of popular couples by assigning them a series of fun tasks and games.
The latest we hear is that the makers have already roped in a popular Bollywood couple for the show. As per reports, Maine Pyar Kiya (1989) actress Bhagyashree and her husband Himalaya Dasani have come onboard as the first couple in the show.
“Well, Bhagyashree and Himalaya have been locked for the show. We have around 12-14 more couples to lock. Makers are looking to zero upon more couples from the Bollywood industry. The show is currently in a nascent stage. You would soon get to hear the official announcements,” a source in the know informs.
