Asit Kumarr Modi told in an interview news that Shailesh Lodha's claim of victory in the lawsuit is false. Lodha misrepresented the court's judgement as a mutual settlement, but Modi explained. Modi demanded a halt to Lodha's falsehoods, bewildered by his motives. "We urge him to cease the distortion of facts and put this matter to rest," Modi stated.

Modi resisted Lodha's payment. He said Lodha neglected to complete exit documentation. Modi denied charges of non-payment and said the argument was over procedures, not money.
