Mere Sai: Shraddha Aur Saburi (2017) is one of the most watched shows on television. The TV programme, which is based on the life of the Indian saint, Sai Baba, emphasises some of the most crucial life lessons in each episode and emphasises the moral values that one should uphold to lead a decent life.
In the upcoming episode, industrialization causes Shirdi to witness an inflow of strangers, which causes tension between them and the locals. Sai Baba intervenes to save the situation and discusses the significance of advancement and technology.
Tushar Dalvi, who portrays Sai Baba, reflects on the influx that is taking place in Shirdi. He says, "Technology and industrial growth were less acceptable in earlier times because they would wean people off superstitions, which was quite rampant. People did not recognize the reality and significance of the developed metropolis, which also caused differences. However, Sai Baba has always persuaded people that progress will inevitably lead to a better tomorrow."
