Jaideep Ahlawat shares exciting updates on Pataal Lok 2

There is no denying the fact that Jaideep Ahlawat is one of the finest actors working today in the entertainment industry. The actor has delivered several notable performances ever since beginning his career, but the one performance that changed his life overnight was in Amazon Prime Video’s immensely successful streaming show Pataal Lok (2020) where he played the character of a cop called Hathiram Chaudhary.

Weeks after the riotous success of Pataal Lok, Amazon Prime Video renewed the show for season 2. However, it has been almost two years since Pataal Lok 2 was announced, but there is not any sign of the upcoming season.

Now, talking to a leading entertainment portal, Jaideep Ahlawat shared some interesting updates on Pataal Lok 2. “I'll be very happy to return to Pataal Lok. It was one of the first shows that released during the first lockdown, people loved it and it had set the benchmark for the craze that people developed for OTT content since then. However, I am not aware of the situation of Paatal Lok 2 – the makers alone will be the right people to answer that, you'll have to ask them. Hopefully, it'll happen soon,” said the actor.
