While the trailer has stoked interest among viewers, the actor Shahid Kapoor making his OTT debut with this web series is something that the general public has been anxiously awaiting. The series helmed by Raj & DK will also see Vijay Sethupathi, Raashii Khanna, and Kay Kay Menon in lead roles. Today, Shahid shared a new hilarious promo video announcing the release date as the series heads closer to its release date.

Farzi is an eight-episode crime drama with Raj & DK's trademark humour that is seen through the eyes of a cunning underdog street artist who is seeking to subvert a system that rewards the elite. In the trailer, Shahid asserts that he is a talented artist who can "replicate any work." It is clear that he is "unstoppable" and that the police will stop at nothing to get him. Then, on land and in the water, Vijay and his crew begin pursuing Shahid. Will they be able to catch him or will they be duped?
