Aashiqui 3: Kartik Aaryan meets Bhushan Kumar and Anurag Basu; fans want Shraddha Kapoor to join the cast
Recently, Bhushan Kumar and Anurag Basu met with Freddy actor Kartik Aaryan to talk about Aashiqui 3. Aashiqui 3's producers received several requests from fans to cast Shraddha Kapoor as the female lead.

Kartik Aaryan, a Bollywood actor, revealed that he would appear in the emotional third installment, Aashiqui.
Anurag Basu will direct the third episode of the movie, which Bhushan Kumar will produce. The details of Aashiqui 3 have yet to be made public by the film's creators. Fans assumed that Kartik, Anurag, and Bhushan would be talking about the future of Aashiqui 3 when they were snapped together at an office last night.
Kartik, the star of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 and the major announcement, shared a post on social media in September of this year. This one will be heart-wrenching, he wrote in his post. My first time working with Basu Da. Kartik previously stated that he grew up watching the Bollywood prequel and that Aashiqui 3 is like a dream come true for him in an interview. He even admitted that he admires Anurag's creative output and that working with him will help mold him in various ways.
Users have left comments such as "Plz Shraddha ko heroine lena" and "female should be Shraddha Kapoor exclusively." We're hoping it's Shraddha Kapoor, a third user wrote.
Earlier speculation was that Sidharth Malhotra and Alia Bhatt would appear in Aashiqui 3.
Fans might have to wait to catch the two together on the big screen. Mahesh Bhatt directed the 1990 film Aashiqui, which came out in theatres. Rahul Roy and Anu Aggarwal both made appearances in the movie. Mohit Suri directed the second installment of Aashiqui in 2013. Aditya Roy Kapur and Shraddha Kapoor both starred in the film.

In addition to Aashiqui 3 and SatyaPrem Ki Katha starring Kiara Advani, Shehzada, and Captain India are there projects he is working on. He is featured with Alaya F in the recently released OTT film, Freddy. The movie is now available on Disney+Hotstar. The main character of the movie Freddy is a timid dentist who turns murderous at night.
