Arjun Kapoor sells his Bandra apartment for ₹16 crores

Arjun Kapoor, who had recently purchased a 4BHK apartment closer to girlfriend Malaika Arora's home, is said to have sold his residence. Arjun paid Rs 20 crore for the property in the 81 Aureate building in Bandra West last year, and reports state that the actor sold the 4364 square foot apartment for Rs 16 crore.

According to the data examined, the report also claimed that the sale document was registered on May 19. Anshula Kapoor, Arjun’s sister, signed the purchase agreement.

Malaika owns a property in the 81 Aureate building, whereas Arjun now resides at Raheja Orchid in Juhu. Along with Malaika, other celebrities who live in the same building include Sonakshi Sinha and Karan Kundrra. Malaika had already filed a complaint with the real estate regulator MahaRERA against the developers for neglecting to provide her the unit she had reserved for ₹14.5 crore. Arora and the developer both informed MahaRERA in November 2021 that the dispute had been resolved amicably because the developer had given her possession of the apartment.

On the work front, Arjun Kapoor is gearing up for the release of Ek Villain Returns. The film also stars John Abraham, Disha Patani and Tara Sutaria. It is a sequel to Mohit Suri’s 2014 film Ek Villain which starred Sidharth Malhotra, Shraddha Kapoor and Riteish Deshmukh in pivotal roles. Ek Villain Returns is slated to release on July 29.
