The makers of "Pathaan" unveiled a furious and combative new poster in celebration of Deepika Padukone's birthday, and Shah Rukh Khan, who plays the lead, did the honors of posting it online. SRK posted a new image of a bloody and battered DP carrying a gun on his social media accounts. Along with dropping the poster, the caption had a special message for DP which read, “To my dearest @deepikapadukone - how you have evolved to own the screen in every avatar possible! Always proud and always wishing for you to scale new heights… happy birthday… lots of love..."

Deepika’s acting career

Om Shanti Om, a 2007 Bollywood film starring Deepika Padukone and Shah Rukh Khan, was their first collaboration. Later, they appeared together in Chennai Express and Happy New Year. In her 15-year career, DP has starred in a variety of critically and commercially successful movies, including Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani, Cocktail, Piku, Padmaavat, Bajirao Mastani, Tamasha, and Love Aaj Kal.
