Deepika Padukone, a well-known Bollywood actor, seems to have posted a photo of herself doing yoga on Instagram to celebrate World Yoga Day. She asked her fans to guess the name of the asana, and her close friend Alia Bhatt said it was the "puppy pose" in the comments section.

Deepika did her yoga move by getting down on all fours and spreading her arms out on the yoga mat. This made her waist bend. Her hips were wide open, and her toes were turned up. She wore all-black athletic clothes, and her hair was pulled back into a tight bun.
