Aftab Shivdasani and Bipasha Basu's 2003 film Footpath served as the vehicle for Emraan's acting debut. At the box office, the film directed by Vikram Bhatt was a failure.

But the very following year, Emraan and Mallika Sherawat featured in the sensual thriller Murder, which forever altered the box office.

The Train, Murder 2, Aashiq Banaya Aapne, Aksar, Zeher, Gangster, and other well-known erotic thrillers by Emraan came after it.

Chart-toppers from these movies, including Bheege Hoth Tere, A few other popular songs include Dil Sambhal Ja Zara, Woh Lamhein, Tu Hi Meri Shab Hai, Aashiq Banaya Aapne, and Aap Ki Kashish. Because of these movies, the public and fans began to refer to him as a "Serial Kisser."

Tuesday marked the completion of filming for upcoming Bollywood actor Emraan Hashmi's flick Ground Zero. The movie's director, Tejas Vijay Deoskar, is known for Marathi movies like Ajinkya and Bucket List. It is reportedly a military thriller.

On Twitter, Emraan shared a number of images from the Ground Zero set that he had taken with the cast and crew. Captioned with “#Groundzero wrapped!!”

In addition to writing a statement and posting the news on his Instagram Stories, Tejas also shared his time spent working with the actor in the news post. “It was an absolute pleasure working with you.We started, we worked hard and today, we finished on a high. Now, only upwards and onwards!” he captioned.

Excel Entertainment, the production company run by actor-director Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani, is supporting the movie. Tiger 3 with Salman Khan and Selfiee with Akshay Kumar are two of Emraan's upcoming films.
