Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani announce the return of the film's original cast, 'Fukrey.' Still, it seems Ali Fazal will not be a part of the third installment. The new posters feature Richa Chadha, Varun Sharma, Manjot Singh, Pulkit Samrat, and Pankaj Tripathi but not Ali Fazal.

Farhan Akhtar has Shared two new posters of the film, ‘Fukrey 3’ on Tuesday, and wrote on Twitter, “Iss baar hoga chamatkaar, straight from Jamnapaar! #Fukrey3 arriving in cinemas on September 7, 2023 (This time, the magic will have from across the banks of river Jamuna)." It is scheduled to release around the Janmashtami weekend on September 7. The film is being directed by Mrighdeep Singh Lamba.

The first shows actress Richa Chadha as a former gangster, Bholi Punjaban, who was sitting on a throne made of sugarcanes. Varun Sharma, who plays the role of Choocha, is lying at her feet. Pankaj Tripathi and Pulkit Samrat are seated on each side of Richa while Manjot Singh, who plays Lali, is struggling behind the throne. Pankaj Tripathi plays the role of Panditji, and Pulkit Samrat plays the role of Honey in the film franchise.

The second poster showcases all the male cast making a human pyramid to climb a slanting brick wall. The film's baseline read, 'Ek Naya chumatkar from Jamnapaar.'

Mrighdeep Singh Lamba helms the film and confirms the film's wrap-up of the shoot in June last year. While sharing a picture of a cake with 'Fukrey 3 wrap' and captioned, "It's a WRAP #fukrey3. Thank you, #teamfukrey3. You guys were awesome. Each and every one of you fuk fuk fuk fuk. Will miss shooting madness for sure. OK, bye." The film is produced by Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani. The film belongs to the drama genre.
