Gadar 2: Ameesha Patel SURRENDERS In Cheque Bounce Case; Prepares For Silver Screen Comeback On Conditional BAIL! (Details Inside)

On June 17, actress Amisha Patel went to the Ranchi civil court to face a case about a cheque bounce. After she turned herself in, the court gave her bail with some conditions. She has been asked to go to court in person on June 21.

The case started in 2018, when Amisha went to Ranchi to take part in an event at Harmu ground. During her trip, she met Ajay Kumar Singh, who owns Lovely World Entertainment and is a businessman. They talked about how to pay for a movie project, and Singh put in Rs. 2.50 crore. But the film didn't happen, so Singh asked for his money refund.

Amisha wrote a cheque for the same amount, but it was returned as unpaid. This is what led to the court case. This is similar to what happened in November 2021, when Amisha's cheque to UTF Tele Films for Rs. 32.25 lakh bounced.

It's worth noting that Amisha Patel is getting ready to return to the big screen with ‘Gadar 2’, which also stars Sunny Deol, at the same time that this surrender news comes out.
