Karan Johar announced earlier this week that Vicky Kaushal, Bhumi Pednekar, and Kiara Advani starrer Govinda Naam Mera will head for an OTT release on Disney+ Hotstar with a hilarious video. Later, yesterday, Vicky revealed the film’s release date which is December 16 by sharing posters of their film that introduced their characters.

Yesterday was a momentous day for superstar Aamir Khan because Ira Khan got engaged to Nupur Shikhare in Mumbai. Abhishek Pathak's movie Drishyam 2, which stars Ajay Devgn, is off to a fantastic start financially. The opening day revenue for Drishyam 2 in India was between Rs. 14 and Rs. 15 crore. The record was previously held by Bhool Bhulaiyya 2, one of the year's biggest box office successes, which earned Rs 14.11 crore on the day of its release. It might place second among Hindi films this year, only behind Brahmastra, if the numbers turn out to be higher than anticipated.
