While fans praised the actress for her dedication to fitness, a couple of trolls tried to body-shame Mrunal. Not the one to take things lying down, Thakur slammed the trolls with epic replies. One wrote, "Reduce the lower part, natural looks better too, fat illusion.”
Mrunal hit back and wrote, " sivavariyath006 some pay for it, some have it naturally all we gotta do is flaunt buddy! You flaunt yours too (winking face with tongue emoji).”
One commented that her back looks like a ‘matka’, to which she responded, “Thank you Bhaiyya Ji.”
The Dhamaka (2021) actress also shared the post on her Instagram stories and wrote, "Do you have any idea how hard I work to be fit? It's my body type and I really can't do anything. All I gotta do is flaunt.”
Mrunal Thakur is looking forward to the release of her film Jersey, which will be in theatres on April 14. Shahid Kapoor appears in the sports drama as well. Aside from Jersey, she is working on Pippa, and a remake of the Tamil film Thadam (2019). The actress also has a couple of more projects in the pipeline.
