Currently, the actor is quite engaged with the Letters to Mr. Khanna filming. She recently posted a brand-new image to Instagram from the movie set that shows the truth behind the "happy faces."

Milind Dhaimade is directing Letters To Mr. Khanna, the first feature film from Lionsgate India Studios.

Along with seasoned actor Asrani, Sunny Kaushal and Shraddha Srinath also appear. After 47 years, Neetu Kapoor and Asrani are working together on a new movie. On set with Asrani ji after 47 years, Kapoor had previously posted a photo of herself and Asrani from the movie's shoot. Unreal.”

Neetu Kapoor had stated in regards to Letters to Mr. Khanna that the film "goes beyond the typical mother-son romance and explores a distinct aspect that sets a unique tone to the rom-com genre.
