Aishwarya Rai and Alia Bhatt
Credit card fraud has affected Aishwarya Rai and Alia Bhatt. The accused's IP addresses and the mobile numbers used to open bank accounts in the names of famous people were monitored. Gangs in Delhi and Jaipur were responsible for carrying out the scheme. According to widely-reported sources, five people were detained by police on suspicion of allegedly counterfeiting official identification cards of many Bollywood superstars in order to obtain credit cards and defraud banks out of amounts ranging from Rs 90 lakh to Rs 1 crore.

A bunch of fraudsters allegedly utilised bogus PAN and Aadhaar information belonging to a number of celebrities, including Sachin Tendulkar, MS Dhoni, Hrithik Roshan, Abhishek Bachchan, and Madhuri Dixit, to defraud banks of more than Rs 50 lakh recently, in a stunning episode of fraud. The fraudsters obtained credit cards issued in the names of cricket players and Bollywood actors from Pune-based fintech company "One Card" using their GST identification numbers, which are publicly available online.
