Audiences are on the edge of their seats excited to watch two of the biggest stars of the Indian film industry, Deepika Padukone and Prabhas together on the same screen. Their film titled Project K is highly anticipated and fans can’t keep calm to know more updates about the film. Earlier, the makers of the film shared the posters of the respective characters Amitabh Bachchan and Prabhas on the occasion of their birthdays. And it had shaken the internet madly. But there is a major update regarding the film’s release date.
Nag Aswin’s Project K heads for EID 2024 release
Team Project has revealed that the film will be released in 2024. A source close to the film revealed, “By the end of this year or the beginning of 2023, the Project K shoot is anticipated to be finished, at which point Nag Ashwin and his entire crew will begin work on the post-production. The entire drama plays out in a timeline set in the future, hence the movie heavily relies on visual effects. Despite being a VFX-heavy team, the team constructed a fictional battle resembling World War 3 for the movie, and the drama and emotions in the movie are its main selling points. They want to release the movie in theatres in the summer of 2024 after over a year of post-production and VFX work. Currently, the plan is to release the movie around the weekend of Eid 2024. Eid, Ambedkar Jayanti, Tamil New Year, and Ram Navami all happen within a 7-day period in 2024, making it a week full of holidays.”
