Salman Khan set to begin filming Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali in March?

Officially announced in early 2020, Sajid Nadiadwala’s much-anticipated production venture Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali might commence filming in March, as per reports. The film, directed by Farhad Samji, stars Salman Khan and Pooja Hegde in lead roles.
Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali was set to go on floors in 2020 as the makers had locked Eid 2021 for its official release. However, the sudden outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic threw a wrench into the works and the makers had to put it on hold for some time.
With the third wave of the pandemic showing signs of abatement, the team is planning to begin production in March. By then, the situation is expected to get even better, as far as COVID-19 cases are concerned.
While Khan and Hegde are onboard for lead characters, the makers are yet to finalise the rest of the cast. However, the casting process is reportedly underway as the team plans to announce the full cast within the next month.
Meanwhile, Salman Khan is presently busy with Yash Raj Films’ Tiger 3, alongside Katrina Kaif and Emraan Hashmi. As the title suggests correctly, the film is the next installment of the highly successful Tiger franchise.
