Sanjana Sanghi thrilled to share screen space with Aditya Roy Kapur in Om

Sanjana Sanghi, who made her debut in a full-fledged role with Dil Bechara (2020), which was the last film of late actor Sushant Singh Rajput, will next be seen in an out-and-out actioner, Om, co-starring Aditya Roy Kapur.

Talking about her co-star, Sanghi told a publication that she was in class 9 or 10 when she watched Aditya Roy Kapur’s film Aashiqui 2 (2013). The film also starred Shraddha Kapoor in the lead role.

“I was very excited to work with Aditya. Like every other girl, when Aashiqui came out, we all went crazy. I was in 9th or 10th standard when the film was released and I went to watch it. It's one of those things when you are always fond of an actor and you have known them for the films that they have done, but when they become your colleagues and become such good friends, it is reassuring that they are such amazing people. And Adi is one of those. He has been very helpful and supportive throughout this whole journey. It has been amazing with him,” she said.

The actress revealed that the team has finished filming for Om. “Om is fully ready. Adi and I have completed the shoot. I also finished dubbing for it. I recently saw some glimpses and I am really hyped about it.”
