Vicky Kaushal definitely comes to mind when you think of a talented actor. The actor has taken on some difficult, intriguing characters in movies like Sardar Udham, Masaan, Raazi, Uri: The Surgical Strike, and others. Vicky Kaushal is back to amuse us in his upcoming movie, Govinda Naam Mera, in a role we haven't seen before. The purportedly comedic film will debut directly to OTT rather than in theatres. In addition to character images for the three principal actors Vicky Kaushal, Bhumi Pednekar, and Kiara Advani, Karan Johar revealed the movie's DisneyPlus Hotstar release date which is December 16.

Trailer Details

As the film is inching closer to premiere, the lead actor of the film today announced the trailer release date of the film. Vicky took to Instagram and announced writing, “TRAILER OUT TOMORROW!!! #GovindaNaamMera. #GovindaNaamMeraOnHotstar streaming from 16th Dec, only on @disneyplushotstar!”

The trailer announcement poster showed Vicky peeping out his head from a bath tub while Bhumi and Kiara posed while on the edges of the tub.Vicky is also seen holding a gun. Looking across the posters, it appears to be comedy murder mystery drama with a lot of thrill.

About Govinda Naam Mera

Govinda Naam Mera's plot was previously described by Karan Johar as being the tale of background dancer Govinda Waghmare. Govinda is struggling with a number of issues, including mounting debt, a wife who cheats and occasionally hits him, and a girlfriend.
