Shree Narayan Singh’s directorial Toilet: Ek Prem Katha released worldwide yesterday, i.e. on August 11, 2017. The promotions were on point and it carried a huge curiosity amongst the audience. The movie which spoke about open defecation and sanitation issue in the country has been received well by the masses. It garnered positive reviews from the critics due to a strong message and powerful storyline.
The social drama which was one of the most awaited films of this year raked in Rs. 13.10 crores at the domestic front. Since the movie has a positive buzz, it is expected to grow during the weekend and hence collecting a good total, trade experts predict. It will also benefit from the long Independence Day extended holiday.
