Judwaa 2 was one of the most talked about film of 2017, and now after its release, fans are showering love which has surely translated into box-office numbers. The buzz for the film was super high thanks to the stellar star cast, Salman Khan’s presence, 90s blockbuster Judwaa’s story that received a modern punch. The film has been witnessing ample footfalls at the theatres which is indeed great news for the makers.
The film made Rs. 16.10 crores on its opening day i.e. Friday, It witnessed growth during the weekend as expected. It made Rs. 20.55 crores on Saturday and Rs. 22.60 crores on Sunday. Hence, the total three-day box-office collection stands at Rs. 59.25 crores at the domestic markets. With this Varun Dhawan once again has a successful film in his kitty. The young lad has never given a flop in his entire career.
The film has garnered mixed reviews from the audience as well as the critics. But, since, its release has an excellent timing during the long holiday weekend, it is gearing up to have a great Monday as well. Today being a holiday on Gandhi Jayanti, trade experts are predicting a good collection at the box-office front. Judwaa 2 is a complete Bollywood masala entertainer with fun songs and gorgeous visuals.
